About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise sales efforts in Sweden. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies and exceptional leadership skills.

The Enterprise Business Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for Tesla, Inc. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets and exceeds sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, rental, and taxi companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging leasing company relationships to drive growth.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering ongoing performance development and leading by example.
  • Manage corporate sales plan and brand standards, maintaining product knowledge and utilizing CRM systems and tools.
  • Ensure Tesla brand standards, promote best practices, and maintain product knowledge using Tesla's CRM system for accurate reports.
