About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Customer Acquisition team and drive growth in our client portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, booking, and leading meetings, product demos, contract negotiations, and signing deals.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  1. Acquiring new B2B clients and managing a sales pipeline of approximately 30 potential clients per month.
  2. Consulting clients on how they can grow and improve their business using Metroc's SaaS solutions.
  3. Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies as part of the team to drive successful growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Some experience in sales or B2B customer service.
  • Eagerness to learn about sales, different industries, companies, people, and business models.
  • Interest in consulting B2B clients and helping them succeed.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, takes ownership, and is keen to help develop new ways of working together.
  • Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Goal-oriented, gets motivated by reaching targets, and is always keen to improve their skills.
  • Feels comfortable communicating with our Swedish-speaking customers and using English internally within the company.

Prior experience or basic understanding of SaaS products or the construction industry is a plus, but not necessary—you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn on the job.
