About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Software Sales Manager to join our team as a Strategic Account Management Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic relationship-building and sales outreach.
  2. Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance the overall sales experience and drive efficiency.
  4. Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals and develop strategic relationships with key clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B software sales with a focus on enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
