Customer Acquisition Representative

The Sales Intern will support the sales team in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Key responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to potential customers and partners, supporting the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations, conducting market research, and maintaining CRM systems. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for sales, business development, and the agri-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in follow-up activities with leads and assist in nurturing client relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing sales meetings, calls, and product demos to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn to drive personal and professional growth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an asset.
