Your Role
As Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead our growing TA team and create the strategies, structures, and processes that enable us to attract and retain top talent. You’ll balance hands-on recruitment with strategic initiatives to ensure we scale effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Build the Team: Take ownership of leading and developing a growing Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on team growth and individual development. Foster a collaborative, forward-thinking, and supportive environment.
- Shape and Execute Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business goals. Develop frameworks for structured recruitment processes, from candidate assessment to stakeholder training.
- Hands-On Recruitment: Roll up your sleeves to support critical recruitments, demonstrating a “can-do” mindset. Ensure the team is equipped to recruit top talent across a variety of commercial functions and geographies.
- Innovate and Optimize: Introduce forward-thinking approaches, including the use of AI and automation, to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Drive initiatives in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), ensuring inclusivity across all stages of the recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and implement key recruitment metrics to track success and inform decisions. Report on performance and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across departments to align recruitment efforts with business needs. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all talent-related topics.
Who You Are
- Proven Leadership: Experience leading recruitment teams, with a track record of developing people and building high-performing functions.
- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly within fast-growing organizations.
- Strategic and Hands-On: A balance of strategic vision and operational excellence; you’re as comfortable building frameworks as you are rolling up your sleeves.
- Data-Driven: Skilled in defining, measuring, and reporting recruitment KPIs to inform decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial Focus: Ideally, experience recruiting for commercial roles within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
