Together, we'll build a culture of innovation and drive the development of leading logistics solutions across the Nordics. This is your opportunity to make a real impact and shape the future of our industry.

What will you do?

As our Product Owner for Customs Nordic, you will play a central role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap, aligning business needs with development efforts and identifying cross-product opportunities in close collaboration with the Production and the business Product Manager. You will take full ownership of the service, providing clear strategic direction, framing problems, and translating strategy into actionable tasks. By prioritizing user needs, you will foster a culture of value-driven decision-making and communicate effectively with development teams to address constraints and trade-offs.

You will make informed decisions by balancing tactical prioritization with business strategy, managing development challenges, risks, and financial concerns. Following up on results, you will share learnings and lead a diverse team in a culture of trust, empowerment, and continuous improvement, while mentoring and facilitating collaboration across teams and departments.
