Sales Executive

Your scope: As a Sales Executive, you will be in charge of identifying and acquiring new customers to drive revenue growth.
You will be more specifically in charge of:
1. Development and being responsible for your own annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan.
2. Manage sales pipeline through sequential stages of the sales process: pipeline creation, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation and close, and upsell/cross-sell.
3. Take a consultative approach with C-level executives while navigating multiple decision-makers.
4. Establish a trusted advisor relationship to determine needs, build value, and create engagement and acceptance of Efecte’s solutions.
5. Collaborate with Marketing, BDR, and Presales to conduct activities including outreach, emails, social selling, and sales demonstrations with identified ICPs.
6. High energy, self-starting personality that works well in a scale-up environment.
It would be great if...
1. You have proven experience in software or SaaS sales (minimum 3 years) with an excellent track record of exceeding revenue quotas. Experience in working with public sector customers or software resellers in the Nordics is considered a bonus.
2. You have a great track record of negotiating commercial contracts with good pricing as well as commercial success in working with executives, VP, and ‘C’ level.
3. You have strong professional communication skills (written and verbal) partnered with excellent social skills and the ability to deal with rejection.
4. You have a proven academic track record (BBA or above).
5. You are fluent/native in Swedish and English.
6. Are able to work full time on-site at our Stockholm office in the city center.
