Job Description
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a trailblazer to join our high-energy, fast-growing sales team. If you’re a natural hunter, a born deal-closer, and someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to shine.
As a New Business Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving digital transformation for scale-ups, mid-market organizations, and category leaders in the Professional Services sector. Your mission: sell Unit4’s ERP Financial and HCM solutions, win new logos, and help our clients unlock their true potential.
This is a senior role with massive impact, this is a hybrid role based out of our Stockholm office.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and execute a killer new business sales strategy to hit ambitious targets in the Professional Services vertical.
- Qualify leads like a pro and engage key decision-makers with a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Own complex sales cycles from start to finish, orchestrating cross-functional teams—pre-sales, value engineering, marketing, and more—to close big deals.
- Deliver powerful, results-oriented presentations to C-level execs, focusing on their core challenges and the Office of the CFO.
- Help prospects see the business impact of our solutions, turning skeptics into believers.
- Stay ahead of the curve by mastering our tech and keeping up with industry trends.
Qualifications
- You’re a go-getter with 8–10+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
- You have a proven track record in ERP or financial SaaS sales (mandatory).
- You’re a pro at navigating the Professional Services sector and understand its unique needs.
- Business processes? You know them inside and out.
- You have the charisma to inspire, the resilience to negotiate, and the vision to guide clients toward success.
- You’re a team player with a hunter’s mindset, always looking for that next big win.
- You’re comfortable engaging and influencing C-level executives, turning tough challenges into bold opportunities.
