
Sales and Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Sweden. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and technically supporting our customers. Your primary focus will be on developing the Swedish market and working closely with existing and new customers.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Growing business and expanding the Swedish market sales and customer base.
- Holding product presentations, hosting/attending web-based seminars and trade shows.
- Self-sufficiently identifying and developing customer base and project opportunities.
- Registering and following up on sales leads, projects, and customer visits.
- Preparing quotations and working with CRM.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of sales excellence and revenue growth, relevant industry experience, and strong customer, sales, and service orientation. You should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM). Additionally, you should have a positive attitude with a 'yes, we can' approach, be willing and able to travel for customer visits about 40-50% of the time, and have a driving license.
