About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Area Sales Representative to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the region, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and creating and executing strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe and potential French-speaking areas in nearby countries such as Switzerland.
  3. Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  4. Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to tailor the product offering to meet local market demands.
  5. Monitor regional market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive aftersales/aftermarket or car parts industry.
  • Familiarity with the European automotive markets and business culture.
  • A strong business mindset and proven ability to drive growth.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including French and English.
