
Sales Business Development Representative

We are looking for a talented Sales Business Development Representative to join our Sales team at Spotify. In this role, you will be responsible for building deep client relationships to deliver outstanding customer service to Spotify's advertiser and agency partners. You will act as the client's primary point of contact, fielding requests & questions and interacting directly with clients throughout the sales and campaign lifecycle.
This client-facing role includes strategic planning, consultative selling, project management, and data-led storytelling. You will be responsible for supporting the sales cycle from RFP submission to campaign optimization, upselling and wrap up. Your primary focus will be on providing proactive consultative client service with a focus on both protecting and growing revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize media plans.
