
Senior Business Development Representative

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Specialist to join our Nordic Sales team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.
Primary objectives include fostering long-term relationships with high-volume customers, identifying new sales channels, and pinpointing emerging customer segments. You'll work closely with the management team to align on strategy and execute sales processes efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong interpersonal and customer communication skills, as well as proficiency in value-based selling frameworks. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll be expected to demonstrate great enthusiasm for driving business growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
