Interim Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager Job Summary

Funnel is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve business development targets and goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their business development skills and knowledge.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform business development strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise business development or management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
