Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Senior Business Development Manager is to build credibility and trust to encourage investments in Cisco-centric practices. In this role, you'll influence Partners' business transformation while developing and promoting their outstanding value propositions, sales & operational processes, and internal consumption of Cisco solutions.

Building trust and relevance with Partner sales teams is key. Success in this area will require a strong foundation in customer-centric solution sales, as well as the ability to mentor and lead by example, using a methodology for success. In addition, by cultivating relationships at the executive level, you can secure buy-in for long-term initiatives and ensure the alignment of both strategic and operational goals.
