About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at The North Face. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert product knowledge and ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, retail, and customer service, with a minimum of 1+ year experience working on a fast-paced shop floor. You will be required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary, but in return, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge across different brands within the VF family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store and pass this knowledge on to junior associates
  • Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Keep up-to-date with current trends and the brand's place within the market
  • Support the management team with opening and closing processes
