Your Role

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • You will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement business growth strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in negotiation, partnership management, and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to make strategic decisions (Excel, BI tools).
  • Self-driven & solution-oriented – you proactively anticipate challenges and solve them.
  • Full ownership mentality – you take responsibility for your work and see projects through.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you seek opportunities for improvement and drive results.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (Norwegian/Danish is a plus but not required).
