Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our business development efforts internationally, focusing on the Nordics and UK/Ireland markets. This key role requires a strategic mindset, high-level sales experience, and the ability to coach and mentor a team of business developers.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in working with SaaS companies, people management, and soft skills. They will work closely with the leadership team to build and lead a team focused on identifying new market opportunities, setting ambitious sales targets, and expanding our strategic footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize new business sales and partnerships, ensuring a structured and scalable approach.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans together with the Sales Director.
  • Partner with Customer Success/Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.
Budgeting & Performance Tracking
  • Manage the business development budget and track key sales performance metrics, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead, coach, and scale the business development team across 3 countries.
  • Set goals, monitor progress, and drive continuous team development.
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
  • Drive short- and long-term growth strategies in key markets.
  • Identify and establish new partnerships to strengthen CtrlPrint's market position.
  • Stay up to date with corporate reporting trends and competitive developments.
