About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of the Amazon Payment Acceptance & Experience Team, responsible for delivering best-in-class customer payment experiences globally. You will work closely with leading financial institutions and global payment networks to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Payment Strategies: Create holistic plans to improve payment success rates, collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues.
  2. Analyzing Customer Data: Identify areas for improvement in customer payment experiences, prioritizing initiatives that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Building Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with banks, card networks, and other partners to deliver exceptional payment experiences.
  4. Leading Testing and Quality Assurance: Drive UAT and end-to-end testing with partners to ensure seamless payment experiences.
  5. Collaborating on Marketing Initiatives: Work with partners to develop marketing campaigns that promote payment solutions, driving adoption and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in program management, partner management, or related fields in Europe.
  • Proven track record of securing complex partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to manage business performance 'by the numbers'.
  • Ability to travel regionally in Europe and occasionally to the US.
