Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm. As a key member of our Nordics team, you will be responsible for leading business development and key account management efforts, focusing on Retail. Your primary objective will be to drive growth and expand our presence in Finland, Iceland, and Sweden.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with annual plans and objectives. Identify whitespace opportunities and build our retail E-Commerce business in Sweden.
  • Manage Distributor Relationships: Foster strong relationships with distributor partners in Finland and Iceland, ensuring seamless execution of joint business planning and execution. Drive distributor retail markets by setting targets, managing investments, and executing day-to-day operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Innovation and Growth: Take the Nordics business to the next level by driving growth and seizing new opportunities in existing business and new whitespace.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered a plus.
  • +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Business Development/Key Account Management; experience from FMCG Retail is a plus.
  • Experience with Distributors, E-commerce, Whitespace, Nordic countries, and Retail channels.
  • We are looking for a person with a genuine passion and interest in sales management and business development with strong project management skills.
  • Language skills: fluent in English, both written and oral; Nordic language is a plus.
  • Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
