Your Responsibilities

  • Help clients achieve their business objectives by developing strategic plans and providing ongoing support.
  • Work closely with global CS leaders to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of results.

Requirements

  • Succeeded in a 'closing' role, either in sales or CS (renewals, expansions, cross sales, upsales, and churn prevention) at a B2B SaaS/fast-growth company.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio.
  • Been in a managerial role (but not everyone on the team has).
