Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong background in oncology sales and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the performance of our oncology portfolio in Sweden by building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, payers, and decision-makers.

About the Role:

  • Lead Product Launches: Drive sales through strategic account management and foster long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure patient access.
  • Foster Relationships: Develop and implement annual account plans with clear objectives, strategies, and measurable results, while mapping the oncology landscape and understanding patient journeys.
  • Navigate Access Pathways: Collaborate with market access managers to overcome barriers and uphold the professional image of Meet a Group in all dealings with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive Growth: Leverage internal resources and engage stakeholders with impactful presentations and clinical insights to drive growth.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional with the following qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Oncology Sales Experience: Proven experience in oncology sales, with a strong network among key opinion leaders (KOLs) in melanoma or lung cancer.
  • Account Management Expertise: Expertise in account management, including stakeholder mapping, business planning, and performance tracking.
  • Oncology Access Pathways: Strong understanding of oncology access pathways and the ability to unlock local access.
  • Independent Approach: Self-driven and independent approach, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
  • Minimum 4 Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a specialized hospital setting.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and at least two Nordic languages.
