Sales Executive –Medical Imaging Software for Clinical Trials

Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in clinical trial data managementand healthcare technology, with a proven track record of consultative selling and closing deals in B2B environments?

Do you have a deep understanding of how clinical trials are conducted, the role of data imaging in research, and the key decision-making processes within CROs and pharma?

Do you want to elevate your sales career by driving the adoption of a cutting-edge platform that is reshaping the future of medical imaging in clinical trials?

Do you want to be an integral part of a dynamic, fast-moving team, selling world-class solutions and making a tangible impact in the clinical research space?

Collective Minds is looking for a Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the industry and accelerate growth. Are you the one?

Who We Are

At Collective Minds Research, we don't just sell software—we drive the future of medical imaging in clinical trials. Our platform is built for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and transforming how imaging is used in drug development. We work alongside CROs, pharma, eClinical firms, and MedTech companies to improve imaging workflows, compliance, and trial efficiency.

We are a company of innovators, problem-solvers, and medical imaging experts. If you thrive in a space where curiosity, collaboration, and science meet technology, this is the role for you.

The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Industry Division, focusing on CROs, pharmaceutical companies, eClinical firms, and MedTech organizations. This is a consultative sales role with a strong emphasis on creating opportunities, closing deals, building relationships, understanding client challenges, and positioning our solutions as game-changers in clinical trials with medical imaging endpoints. This role can be remote, hybrid, or in-person, depending on business needs, client engagement requirements, and company strategy, with potential travel for key meetings and industry events.

What You'll Be Doing

Hunting & building relationships: Identify and engage key decision-makers within CROs, pharma, and eClinical firms.

Leading the sales process: Own the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closing.

Consultative selling: Understand imaging challenges in clinical trials and align our solutions with client needs.

Becoming a trusted industry expert: Stay on top of regulatory trends, AI in imaging, and trial innovations.

Collaborating cross-functionally: Work closely with product, support, and leadership to tailor solutions and ensure client success.

Driving growth: hit and exceed revenue targets while helping shape the future of Collective Minds in the clinical trial space.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in sales (medical imaging, clinical trials, or healthcare SaaS preferred).

Deep knowledge of the Clinical Trial industry.

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in medical imaging, clinical trials, or healthcare technology.

Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills—this is a high-touch, consultative role.

Self-motivated and strategic—you don't just sell, you educate and guide clients.

Comfortable with technical discussions around medical imaging, AI, cloud platforms and clinical trial workflows (or willing to learn fast).

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Why Collective Minds?

We are not another clinical trial software vendor—we are a community-driven platform redefining how imaging is used in research.

You'll work with a team that blends science, technology, and collaboration to drive real impact.

We move fast, think big, and push boundaries—this is the place for someone who wants to shape the future, not just follow it.
