About the Opportunity

Norgine is an innovative healthcare company seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our Pediatric Cancer Treatment initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth of Norgine's products in the pediatric cancer space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Lead sales and selected marketing efforts for Norgine's Business Unit within Pediatric Oncology/Rare Disease, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and challenges for maximizing growth of Norgine's products in the pediatric cancer space.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute in-depth sales strategies that align with overall business objectives, including customer target setting and action planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a relevant field such as science, economics, medical, or pharmacy.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Native/Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and advanced English capabilities.
