Your Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and address challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in Customer Success or Key Account Management.
- Results-oriented approach and strategic thinking.
- Ability to navigate complex customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
