Customer Retention and Growth Manager

Bannerflow's Creative Management Platform enables enterprise brands to create, publish, analyze, and optimize advertising in-house, at scale.
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 25 enterprise customers within a specific market.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and proactive CSM to join our team. In this role, you will ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and overall satisfaction with the Bannerflow marketing cloud platform.
Your key responsibilities will include facilitating a smooth onboarding experience, driving increased usage and engagement, leading key customer projects, conducting regular reviews, and achieving revenue growth through retention and upsell initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success management roles, with experience in or exposure to the SaaS industry being a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage and complete customer projects effectively.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional language is a bonus.
- Ability to analyze and report on customer data to drive insights.
- Proficient in upselling and negotiating with customers.
- Demonstrates initiative to drive customer success.
- Prioritizes and meets the needs of customers.
- Effective in quickly resolving issues.
- Flexible and responsive to changing customer and business needs.
- Strong understanding of business principles to drive growth.
- Humble, grounded, and collaborative attitude.
