We are seeking an accomplished Revenue Growth Manager to join our headquarters team in Stockholm and drive business expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Your Mission

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities and maximise monetisation and user retention. You will work closely with market leaders to understand their needs and provide commercial and pricing recommendations, ensuring seamless collaboration across HQ and local markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth and user retention.
  • Collaborate with market leaders to identify region-specific challenges and opportunities, and develop targeted solutions to address these.
  • Monitor market trends and performance, and analyse data and reports to track progress against set KPIs and drive continuous improvements and iteration on strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or similar.
  • Experience as a management consultant or working with commercial development in a fast-moving company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with Excel and understanding underlying drivers of specific metrics.
  • Ability to influence and communicate complex topics efficiently with senior internal stakeholders, verbally and in writing.
  • Experience from SQL and data visualisation tools is a merit.
