Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Teamtailor AB. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and improving our commission model and process, working closely with Sales teams to set commercial targets and quotas, and planning commission schemes for different markets.
You will also be responsible for revenue forecasting and providing sales input into financial budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts, as well as management responsibility for one colleague within the team.
Requirements:- Academic background in finance or business administration
- Extensive experience in either sales controlling or management consulting
- Strong communication skills
