Revenue Efficiency Manager, Europe

The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence across Funnel's revenue teams. This includes leading projects to identify and solve process challenges, designing and building efficient CRM processes, and collaborating with revenue teams to ensure alignment and shared goals.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage projects to drive process improvements and efficiency gains across Funnel's revenue teams.
• Collaborate with Funnel's leaders to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Design and build efficient and robust CRM processes to support the growth and effectiveness of our revenue teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in operations or sales/marketing operations and extensive relevant experience with CRM management, process design, and/or automation. Fluency in verbal and written English is required, and experience in an automation tool such as Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, or similar is preferred.
