We're Hale, a fast-scaling app-first wellness startup on a mission to make breathwork a core part of people's daily routines. As our new Head of Sales, you'll play a critical role in expanding our international presence and driving sustainable revenue growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that accelerates Hale's revenue growth through app subscriptions, studio licensing, and breath guide training.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to execute our go-to-market strategy effectively.
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies for app subscriptions.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution – Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy that drives growth in app subscriptions, studio licensing, and breath guide training.
  • Studio Licensing and Partnerships (B2B) – Build relationships with premium wellness studios, positioning Hale as the go-to breathwork licensing solution.
  • App Subscription Growth (B2C) – Work closely with marketing to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies for app subscriptions.
  • Corporate Sales and New Verticals – Identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
