Revenue Generation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Growth Manager to join our German Revenue team. This role involves developing and executing strategies to identify and close key target accounts across multiple verticals within a large territory. You will work closely with our clients' Directors and C-level executives, guiding them through complex sales cycles and showcasing the transformative power of our Workforce-as-a-Service innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and close key target accounts.
- Guide clients through complex sales cycles and craft compelling value propositions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Lead negotiations with potential new clients and successfully close contracts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably targeting mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German at a native or highly professional level and good English skills.
- A track record of successfully managing temporary staffing arrangements and building strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented, with a focus on driving business outcomes and contributing to company success.
