Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance department as a Financial Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in paving the way for our continuous growth by delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Billing customers for SaaS licenses and consultancy fees
  2. Managing reminders and the cash collection process
  3. Managing customer accounts and information in our subscription billing system
  4. Supporting the Revenue Controller in reviewing and approving customer contracts
  5. Dealing with customer queries regarding invoiced fees and related information

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  1. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills
  2. Experience working with financial data and a proactive attitude
  3. Highly motivated and able to work independently with a good eye for detail
  4. A natural curiosity and desire to improve processes and contribute to team success
