As a Customer Marketing Manager at Quinyx, you will cultivate a strong, active community that drives brand loyalty, customer retention, and advocacy.
You will design and implement programs to engage customers, create referral and advocacy programs, develop content and events that resonate with the community and ensure that our customers and their successes are front and center of our voice.
Your goal is to create a loyal customer base that actively advocates for Quinyx.
This position requires a creative marketer with a passion for customer engagement and a proven track record in building customer communities and advocacy.
About the role- Design and build an engaging community for our audience; recruit community members and customer advocates through various channels and support its rollout across all regions.
- Experiment with engagement strategies, including events, webinars, workshops, CABs, and awards programs.
- Create, manage, and maintain our customer advocacy program.
- Develop a customer referral program to support sales and marketing.
- Run our annual global in-person and digital conference.
- Identify key advocates to create case studies, manage customer success stories, and enable speaking opportunities to support our business objectives.
- Streamline and manage customer communications.
- Cultivate a strong, active community that drives brand loyalty, customer retention, and advocacy.
- Design and implement programs to engage customers, create referral and advocacy programs, develop content and events that resonate with the community.
