At H&M Group, we are looking for an experienced Loyalty Program Manager to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Loyalty Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive customer loyalty and engagement.
- Leverage customer data to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop a clear customer data strategy supporting segmentation and product categories.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure strong and inspirational communication.
This role involves:
- Setting clear milestones for different relationship phases.
- Defining ROI KPIs for both paid and owned channels.
- Leading a team of 16, including Loyalty Business Experts, Email and Push Specialists, and a CRM team.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in running a global loyalty program and CRM department.
- Digital and technical savvy.
- Extensive marketing experience.
