Loyalty Program Manager

At H&M Group, we are looking for an experienced Loyalty Program Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As a Loyalty Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive customer loyalty and engagement.

  1. Leverage customer data to drive informed decision-making.
  2. Develop a clear customer data strategy supporting segmentation and product categories.
  3. Collaborate with marketing to ensure strong and inspirational communication.

This role involves:

  • Setting clear milestones for different relationship phases.
  • Defining ROI KPIs for both paid and owned channels.
  • Leading a team of 16, including Loyalty Business Experts, Email and Push Specialists, and a CRM team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  1. Proven experience in running a global loyalty program and CRM department.
  2. Digital and technical savvy.
  3. Extensive marketing experience.
