Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in designated territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product managers and engineers, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and technical specifications.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to effectively communicate value and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a proven track record of growth and development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
