  • Represent Hitachi Energy's factory sales and marketing of On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings used in Transformers produced in our Swiss and Swedish components factories.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Territory Account Lead, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to establish yourself as the go-to partner for transformer manufacturers and utility companies in your assigned territory.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with transformer manufacturers and utility companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to management.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
