**Job Description**
">- Represent Hitachi Energy's factory sales and marketing of On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings used in Transformers produced in our Swiss and Swedish components factories.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Territory Account Lead, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
">You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to establish yourself as the go-to partner for transformer manufacturers and utility companies in your assigned territory.
">As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.

">Key Responsibilities:">- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with transformer manufacturers and utility companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to management.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
