Global SE&OP Manager

Hitachi Energy, a global technology leader with a combined heritage of almost 250 years, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Global Sales, Engineering and Operations Planning (SE&OP) Manager for the Transformers Business.

The company's comprehensive portfolio includes power transformers, traction transformers, insulation and components, digital sensors, and transformer services. This role requires an individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with diverse groups and cultures, possessing excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities.

Mission Statement:

  • Oversight of interfaces and interactions between Sales, Engineering, and Operations Planning process to meet customer delivery commitments.
  • Alignment of supply and demand, optimization of inventory levels, and enhancement of overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive, develop, lead, and implement SE&OP Process Management, including Demand vs. Supply Planning for internal and external material and Inventory Management.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators for the SE&OP process.
  • Prepare and present SE&OP reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to MTS, MTO, and ETO production models.
  • Proven experience in managing global projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Engineering, and Operations Planning processes, as well as working knowledge of relevant technologies (e.g., SAP).
