Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in designated territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  2. Manage and maintain existing customer relationships through regular communication and account management.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and network connections.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and preferences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
