Sales and Solutions Manager Opportunity
Devoteam N Platform Sweden is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Solutions Manager to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of our ServiceNow business by selling ServiceNow licenses and related consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors in Sweden.
Our holistic approach and deep expertise across the full ServiceNow platform ensure your success. You will work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies that expand our market presence and strengthen our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Swedish market.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector organizations, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive adoption of ServiceNow's platform.
- Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Contribute to the development of best-in-class sales practices and methodologies within the ServiceNow sales team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, with a strong preference for experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- A deep understanding of solution and value-based selling methodologies, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop compelling solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
