ServiceNow is one of the leading IT Service Management platforms and a focus area for Tietoevry in the Nordic market.

We are now looking for ServiceNow Implementation Specialists/Developers to implement ServiceNow in client-facing roles in Sweden/Estonia or Czech Republic.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist/Developer:

  • You will implement ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM, and HR for our customers.
  • Implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solutions based on ServiceNow.
  • Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.
  • Support end users with queries around ServiceNow-based implemented solutions.
  • Analyze and improve current implementations and solutions. Explain and present new ideas and solutions.

Who we are looking for:

  • You are located and have a work permit in Sweden, Estonia, or the Czech Republic.
  • We believe you have a few years of experience in a ServiceNow developer/support role.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise of ServiceNow ITSM with a good understanding of CSM. Preferably, you are a certified professional.
  • You are able to create client-specific solutions leveraging industry best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of various common integration solutions.
  • You are a Swedish Citizen and fluent in English.

It is meritorious if you also:

  • Have proven working experience in the ServiceNow platform as a technical consultant.
  • Prior exposure or working within international teams located in Europe and/or India.
