Global Key Account Management

The role will focus on building a global integrated partnership with selected accounts based on global agreements, driving new product introductions actively with technology centers at customers, and growing our business at these accounts exponentially with increased market share and expanded technical scope.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy for various industries.
  2. Identify top players in these industries and proactively work with them and our local customer centers to enhance sales.
  3. Establish ourselves as a preferred supplier for tightening centric assembly process solutions.
  4. Grow our business at these accounts exponentially with increased market share and expanded technical scope.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing and product management.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in successful product launches with effective communication plans.
  • Proven experience in driving initiatives for customer interaction and digital sales.
  • Successful experience in driving new product introductions with technology centers at customers.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP, QlikView, PowerBi, and PDMLink.
