About the Role
  • This role involves developing and executing customer engagement strategies to increase user adoption and reduce churn.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement multi-channel customer engagement campaigns to drive user adoption and loyalty.
  2. Manage customer communications, including emails, webinars, and in-product notifications, to keep customers informed about new features and product enhancements.
  3. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and product departments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B engagement and customer acquisition, preferably in SaaS industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure the impact of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Swedish and strong English proficiency.
