We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Parts Commercial Manager. As a key member of our Parts Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial parts product strategies and driving growth of assigned parts portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a solid business understanding of the complete value chain. You will be able to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to drive revenue and profitability.

In this role, you will lead benchmarking activities, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis. You will also be responsible for defining and packaging a competitive marketing mix, including the 4Cs (4Ps): customer wants and needs (product), cost (price), convenience (place), and communication (promotion).

As a Parts Commercial Manager, you will be the main interface and support for Sales Areas and Markets for assigned portfolios in commercial business matters. You will also be responsible for safeguarding Sales Areas and Market requests towards product management and future development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial parts product strategies
  • Drive growth of assigned parts portfolios
  • Lead benchmarking activities and competitor analysis
  • Define and package a competitive marketing mix (4Cs)
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities to drive revenue and profitability
  • Be the main interface and support for Sales Areas and Markets
  • Safeguard Sales Areas and Market requests towards product management and future development

Requirements

  • University degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in industry, preferably in heavy duty or automotive field
  • Demonstrated successful business relationships and knowledge of complete value chain
  • Experience in growing revenue and profitability in a commercial capacity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid business understanding of the complete value chain
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint
