About the Role

Cargotec is seeking a highly skilled Manager, NC Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating vendor claims between Business Lines and S&SC.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal Vendor Claims originating from Production Control or Installation Assistance.
  • Collect all relevant information from QC, IA, Engineering or CM that supports a claim against vendors.
  • Take part in discussions regarding corrective actions and provide feedback.
  • Conduct Supplier selection/evaluation/business reviews together with suppliers according to Cargotec rules.
  • Give estimate/budget input to Division Sales and update/maintain Sales Budget price list within the given Division.

Requirements

  • Commercial or Technical background.
  • Experience in working with global and cross-cultural teams.
  • Experience with Sourcing strategy implementation.
  • Relevant industry experience preferred.

Competencies

  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills with ability to communicate clearly and express self well in groups and in one-to-one conversations.
  • Solution oriented with Interdisciplinary understanding of business processes/value drivers.
  • Good negotiation (Supplier) and influencing (Internal/external) skills.
  • Able to adapt to new techniques and keen to increase knowledge.
  • Knowledge in the field of Sourcing, SAP, Purchasing, Logistic and International Transportation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships while remaining focused on the key deliverables.
