**Job Overview:**

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee and manage facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate various aspects of facility design, construction, and maintenance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine project feasibility and identify potential risks and challenges.
  • Oversee the design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams to ensure smooth implementation of facility projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, facility management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Facility Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in contractor management and negotiation is a plus.

**Language:** English, Swedish
