Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Support Consultant. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats.
What You Will Do:
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Meet and exceed team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in our industry, applying this knowledge to improve customer interactions and support processes.
- Work with sensitive customer information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our client's products and services, staying informed about updates, new features, and changes.
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills (B2 level) and German (C1 level), both spoken and written.
- Relevant experience in customer support, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- A keen interest in golf, although not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
- An independent and proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- A reliable laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of golf rules and equipment, which may be useful but is not required.
- Experience with CRM systems, although this is not mandatory.

- Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM, Central European Time (CET).
