About the RoleThis position offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Greece while providing exceptional support to Swedish-speaking customers. As part of our dedicated support team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat to Swedish-speaking clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Document interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with products and services to provide accurate assistance.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and contribute to team success.
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with various customer support technologies is beneficial.
- A competitive salary of approximately €30,000 per annum.
