About the Role

This position offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Greece while providing exceptional support to Swedish-speaking customers. As part of our dedicated support team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat to Swedish-speaking clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and contribute to team success.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
  • Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with various customer support technologies is beneficial.
