We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team at Teamtailor in the North Europe area who speaks Dutch and English. This role will focus on providing the most satisfying experience possible to our customers and users.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Implement and onboard new customers to achieve a seamless experience.
  • Help customers unlock the full potential of Teamtailor through integrations, best practices, and training opportunities.
  • Work as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for our customers.
  • Proactively manage renewals to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within our existing portfolio, focusing on expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Monitor customer accounts to detect potential churn risks and take proactive measures to prevent it.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, presenting it to the team for internal improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance ways of working that prioritize customer satisfaction.
