About the Role

As a Digital IT Solutions Manager, you will work closely with internal business stakeholders, including Digital Product Owners, Marketing and Sales heads, as well as IT roles such as Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Business Process Liaisons.

The team you will be part of is international, comprising colleagues who work as business analysts and delivery leads. This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and reports to the IT Manager Digital Customer Experience. There is also a possibility for the right candidate to be located in Munich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive digital IT solutions and projects, as well as product teams as a delivery lead.
  • Apply your knowledge of digital services around e-commerce, CMS, and digital marketing to facilitate and drive workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis.
  • Work in Agile digital product teams with business product owners, architects, and tech teams.
  • Think and work Agile, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and performing UAT.
  • Own the technical solution and drive improvement of incident resolution, stability, and InfoSec.
  • Manage team capacity, budgets, and report progress.

Requirements

  • You have a university degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • You have knowledge and technical understanding of e-commerce, websites, portals, digital marketing (MarTech).
  • You have experience analyzing and breaking down problems and information.
  • You can handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation to another.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and senior stakeholder sessions.
  • You are fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • You are willing to travel 10%.

For this position, we are looking for a team player who actively participates in the team's activities and initiatives. Stakeholder management on a global and regional level, within and outside the IT domain, is also a key requirement. Additionally, the right candidate should be comfortable working in a vendor-driven development and support environment.
