We are seeking a highly motivated Finnish-speaking customer support specialist to join our team in Greece. As a customer care representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, providing a seamless experience through phone calls, emails, and chats.

Your key responsibilities will include handling inquiries about product orders, payments, and deliveries, as well as complaints, in a professional and timely manner. You will also be responsible for turning every customer into a happy customer.

To succeed in this role, you will need fluency in Finnish, very good use of English, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
