Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Support Consultant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats, build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, meet team KPIs, stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, and maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent German (C1 for both spoken and written) and English B2 language skills, experience in customer support, and a proactive approach to work. Knowledge of golf rules and golf equipment, as well as experience with CRM systems, are considered a great plus.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 10 AM–6 PM, CET, the opportunity to work fully remotely, and inclusive international environment.
